Our Philosophy about
Losing independence is one of the biggest fears seniors have. Most would rather remain in their own homes – and we agree. Unfortunately the reality is that almost half of U.S. adults age 65+ say they either need or currently receive help with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Our goal at Mountain Care of Snowflake is to help provide exactly what each resident wants and needs as they age.

We want our residents to feel like they are at home and offer snacks throughout the day to help with hunger.
You have the options to choose a private or shared room
Our Home we like to have fun. We have games, birthday parties and even celebrate the accomplishments.
We offer our residents with the incontince supplies and personal hygiene products. If you need something special we take weekly trips to the store.
We have the trained staff to provide our residents with the quality care they need.
Some people, no matter how old they get, never lose their beauty – they merely move it from their faces into their hearts.
